Infrastructure

Our winery combines features from the 1920s with state-of-the-art technology, including dozens of stainless steel tanks. The structure of the original cellar has been preserved intact, with thick adobewalls to insulate from outside heat or cold, providing stable conditions for the aging of fine wines at optimal temperatures.

In 2009, an additional cellar was built to greatly expand production of premium wines. It houses 1,500 American and French oak barrels.
